Some of our most frequently asked questions.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 12pm on Wednesday are processed the the following Monday. For a complete shipping schedule, please click here.

When will my order be delivered?

We offer FedEx 2-Day and Standard Overnight delivery options for all perishable goods. Your preferred shipping method is chosen during the checkout process.

How do I cancel my order or make changes?

Orders may be changed or cancelled by calling (901) 623-0202. Although we will make every effort to process your cancellation or change request, once an order is prepared for shipment or sent out for delivery it cannot be changed.

Can I ship outside the United States?

No. We do not offer International shipping.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

No. FedEx does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FBO addresses.

How do I check my delivery status?

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking information once your order has been processed. You can also go to fedex.com and enter your tracking number to check your delivery status.

Does the food stay frozen?

The food should arrive with an internal temperature of 40 degrees and be refrigerated immediately. If you need the product to be frozen at the time of delivery, please choose overnight delivery in the checkout process. 

What if no one is home to recieve the package?

We recommend tracking your shipment so someone is at the address to receive the package. We can only guarantee the food is fresh at the time of delivery.   

Can I ship food products that are not on the shipping menu?

No. We can only ship food items that are prepared in a USDA inspected facility. However, we are always looking at adding additional products to our shipping menu.

Can I thaw a frozen product in my microwave?

Not recommended.

How do I reheat my ribs or pork?

Preferred Methods

To warm the thawed ribs, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the ribs from the vacuum-sealed bag and place them in the rib bag. Heat for 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy.

To warm the thawed pulled pork, submerge the unopened vacuum-sealed bag in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes. Carefully cut the bag open and scoop out the delicious meat.


Microwave

To warm the thawed ribs, remove the ribs from the vacuum-sealed bag and place on a microwave-safe plate (you may have to cut the slab in half). Heat for 3-5 minutes until hot.

To warm the thawed pulled pork, empty contents of package into a microwave-safe container and heat for 3-5 minutes until hot.

How many people does one slab of ribs feed?

1 or 2 people.

How many people does 1lb of pulled pork feed?

3 or 4 people.

Do your products contain gluten?

Yes.

Can I include a gift message in the package?

Yes. Simply enter your message in the section on the Cart page and we will include it with your order.

Do you include an invoice with the package?

No. The email confirmation after you place your order serves as your receipt.

How long can I keep the product in my freezer?

You may freeze any unused, un-thawed portion for 3-6 months. However, We recommend enjoying your ribs and/or pulled pork immediately!
